Suspended Google Business Profile Recovery

Your profile is suspended. You get roughly one good appeal.

Reinstatement is not a form you resubmit until it works. Each failed appeal makes the next one harder, and the evidence window closes 60 minutes after you open it.

Our fee
$699flat fee
Platform cost
Free. Google does not charge for appeals.
Typical timeline
2 to 8 weeks. Google publishes no service level for appeals.

Why this is harder than it looks

A suspension is Google saying it does not believe your listing matches a real, eligible business. Reinstatement means proving otherwise with documents, in one shot, through a form that expires an hour after you open it. Most owners appeal immediately with whatever is to hand, get denied, and only then look for help, from a materially worse position.

What we do

  • Diagnosis of what actually triggered the suspension
  • Full evidence pack assembled and checked before the form is ever opened
  • The appeal drafted to address the specific violation rather than pleading generally
  • Filing and follow-through, including the additional review if the first appeal is denied
  • Listing corrected afterward so it does not happen again
  • An honest read at the start on whether this is winnable

What we need from you

We ask for these up front so nothing stalls halfway through. Items marked required have to be in hand before we can start.

The suspension noticeRequired
The full email or dashboard message, not a summary of it.
Every prior appealRequired
Dates, what you submitted, and what Google said. This changes the strategy substantially.
Proof documentsRequired
Business registration, licenses, a utility bill under 90 days old, tax documents, and your lease if you have one.
Storefront and signage photosRequired
Current photos showing permanent signage and the building number.
Confirmation you have not created a duplicateRequired
Making a second listing while suspended is one of the fastest ways to lose the original for good.

The steps only you can take

A few things genuinely cannot be delegated, because the platform requires the business owner personally. We schedule these, prepare you for them, and stay on the call.

  • File from your own Google account on a screen share, pasting the text and documents we prepared.
  • Record a fresh verification video if Google asks for one as part of reinstatement.
  • Resist appealing again on your own while ours is pending.

What we will not promise

  • Some suspensions are correct and cannot be won. If yours is one of them we will tell you and refund rather than take the fee.
  • Repeat violations and businesses using virtual offices are very rarely reinstated.
  • Google gives no timeline and no explanation. Anyone promising a date is inventing it.

Common questions

How long does Google Business Profile reinstatement take?

Typically two to eight weeks, and Google publishes no service level for it. The first response often arrives within a week or two, but denials that go to additional review can run considerably longer. Anyone quoting you a firm date is guessing.

Should I just create a new listing instead?

No. Creating a duplicate while suspended is one of the most reliable ways to lose the original permanently, and Google detects it. Fix the listing you have.

Why did my profile get suspended when I did not change anything?

Suspensions are often triggered by a review of existing data rather than by an edit. Common causes are a name that includes keywords, an address that reads as a virtual office, a service-area business showing a street address, or a category mismatch. Sometimes a competitor reports it.
